"Honestly feels worth the money"
I buy Systane drops regularly, and the price on systane.com felt fair to me. They’re not the cheapest drops out there, but they last me a good while and they actually help, which makes me feel a lot better about spending the money. It’s a relief to buy something that works and doesn’t feel like a waste. I’m happy with the value overall.

"Pretty good options and easy to find what I needed"
I liked that systane.com had a few different eye drop options instead of just one. It kind of made it easier to figure out what might work best for my dry eyes. The site was fairly simple to use, and I found the one I usually buy quickly

"Feels good at first, but doesn’t last"
I tried this hoping it would keep my eyes feeling comfortable for a while, and at first it does help. But not long after using it, my eyes start feeling dry again, so I end up needing to reapply sooner than I’d like. It’s okay, just not as long-lasting as I was hoping.

"The bottle is just too frustrating"
I got so annoyed using these drops. The bottle is so stiff that I could barely squeeze out a single drop, and every time I tried, I’d blink or miss my eye completely. It reminded me of standing in front of the mirror already irritated and then wasting half the bottle just trying to get one drop in. I won’t be buying this again.

"Helped with my red eyes"
I deal with red eyes often from staring at screens and just being tired. I ordered these from Systane and drops actually helped calm redness down fast. It’s not perfect every single time, but it works well enough that I keep using them. Took off one star because I still have to reapply later in day.

"Pretty good for dry eyes"
I’ve been using this for dry eyes and it definitely helps with that. My eyes still got a little itchy from allergies, but overall I’m happy with it and would keep using it.

"I really thought these would help with..."
I really thought these would help with my dry eyes when wearing contacts, but why so complicated? After a little while my lenses started feeling cloudy and kind of sticky, and I ended up having to take them out and rinse them. Maybe they’re better if you’re not wearing contacts, but they just weren’t a good fit for me. Shipping was fine though.

"Barely helped and messed up my day"
I bought Systane hoping it would finally calm down my dry eyes, especially because I had plans that day and didn’t want to deal with constant irritation. It helped for maybe 10 minutes, then my eyes went right back to feeling dry and gritty. I ended up having to stop what I was doing over and over just to put in more drops, which got really frustrating and kind of ruined my plans. Maybe it works great for some people, but for me it wasn’t worth it...

"I was really hoping the preservative-free version..."
I was really hoping the preservative-free version would be gentler, but it still burned my eyes badly. I kept waiting for some kind of clear guidance on whether I should stop using it, rinse it out, or try again later, but the next steps weren’t obvious at all. Frustrating experience overall.

I tried systane because my eyes get dry, and it does give some relief, so I’ll give it that. But almost every time I put it in, my vision gets blurry for a bit, which is kind of frustrating if I need to get back to doing something right away. I also noticed a slight leftover feeling, like a film or residue. It’s not awful, and I’ll probably use up the bottle, but I’m not sure I’d grab it again. It just felt...

"Really helped my burning eyes"
My eyes were burning and stinging from too much screen time, and these drops actually helped quickly. The whole experience was smooth overall, though my vision did get a little blurry for a minute after using them. The bottle cap is kind of annoying, but other than that, I’m happy with them

"Drops are fine, the bottle is testing my patience"
The drops themselves seem okay, so I’m totally calm about that part. The bottle, though, is kind of a pain to use. It’s hard to squeeze, and half the time nothing comes out, then suddenly way too much does. The tip feels awkward, and I keep wasting drops, which is super fun and not at all annoying. For the price, I expected a better bottle.

"Found my drops without the hassle"
I was glad to see systane was in stock when I needed it. The site was easy to use, and I found the drops quickly without clicking all over the place. Checkout was smooth too, which felt like a small win since I was trying to get it done between other errands. Overall, super convenient, and I’d definitely order from there again.

"I reached out to Systane support and never..."
I reached out to Systane support and never got a reply. It’s frustrating because I shouldn’t have to keep chasing them down just to get basic help. The whole thing took more effort than it should have, and it makes me trust the brand a lot less now.

"Comfortable, but not quite enough"
The drops felt comfortable going in, which I appreciated, but my eyes still had a slightly sticky feeling afterward. They weren’t bad by any means, just not as refreshing as I’d hoped. Overall, I was left feeling like they’re okay, but not something I’d be excited to use again.
